Kelly Graves, President

Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge to Chic Furniture Rentals with over 20 years of executive level experience in Creative Strategy, Production, Operations and Sales. She is responsible for the implementation and overseeing of Chic’s business development, marketing, sales and finance.

Before founding Chic, Kelly was a Director and Owner of Romac, a computer logistics company in the United Kingdom where they serviced The British Intelligence Agency, as well as several large banks and accounting firms such as HSDL, Barclays Bank and Lloyds of London. During her tenure there she developed business concepts and financial plans that took Romac from its infancy to its fruition producing 16 million pounds per year in revenue. In 2005 Kelly sold Romac to U/L, a British investment company, allowing her to fulfill other business ambitions. In addition to her most recent venture with Chic she owns and operates a real estate investment and construction company in the United Kingdom.

Tara Lightfoot, Account Executive

With over a decade of work in artistic fields and six years of independent contracting sales in the Florida tradeshow circuit, Tara provides her clients with the perfect balance of creativity and professionalism. Her sales and customer service experience in the tradeshow and events industries provide her with a solid understanding of her clients’ wishes. She has a flair for incorporating classic styles with a fresh, youthful edge – the epitome of Chic's products and vibe. Mike Cruz, Account Executive

Mike comes to us with a strong background in business management and sales entering the event industry as a program manager for an event production company 5 years ago. Since then, Mike has built strong relationships in the industry throughout Orlando as well as acquiring extensive knowledge of both social and corporate events from design to logistics allowing him to fully understand client needs and satisfying them.
